Who can open a TagBank account?

Legal entities with an active CNPJ that are TagPlus customers with an active subscription, on any plan. The account is opened directly in the system, from the TagBank menu, and the representative must be part of the company's partners. Individuals cannot open an account.

How do I receive PIX at the POS?

With the TagBank account connected, the TagPlus POS shows a PIX QR Code on the screen. The customer scans it, the amount lands in your account and the sale is recorded in the system, with no receipt to check.

Does the PIX I receive go into finance automatically?

Yes. Sales paid by PIX are recorded in TagPlus automatically and the finance entries are updated with no typing.

Can I transfer the money to my own account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can transfer your TagBank balance to another bank account of your company, as long as it is under the same CNPJ, using a PIX key in the TagBank menu. Transfers have no cost and no minimum amount, and can be automatic (D+1).

How long does it take to open the account?

You get the result of the registration review within 48 hours, as an alert inside TagPlus, telling you whether the account was approved or declined. After the account is opened, your PIX key becomes available within 24 hours.
