Question 1

What is a management system for a building materials store?

Accepted Answer

It is a management system that brings together inventory, quotes, buying by the box and selling by the unit, retail and wholesale prices, NF-e and NFC-e invoicing, POS and finance for building materials stores, depots and finishing stores. TagPlus is a system of this kind, online, for sole proprietors (MEI) and small and mid-sized businesses.

Question 2

How much does a management system for a building materials store cost?

Accepted Answer

TagPlus plans start at R$ 66,58/month, with no long-term contract. What changes between plans are the tax modules and the number of users.

Question 3

Does TagPlus issue NF-e and NFC-e for building materials stores?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You issue NF-e and NFC-e straight from TagPlus, using the product and tax data registered in the system. Issued invoices can be exported as XML and PDF to send to your accountant. The tax modules available vary by plan.

Question 4

How do quotes work?

Accepted Answer

In Quote/Order you enter the items, the customer (optional), shipping and delivery date. A quote does not deduct stock: when the customer closes the purchase, you generate a simple sale, NF-e or NFC-e from it, and only then is stock updated.

Question 5

Can I buy by the box and sell by the unit?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In the product registration you set the purchase unit and the sales unit. When you confirm the purchase invoice, the system converts the quantities according to the registration, for example buying by the box and selling by the unit.

Question 6

Can I have different prices for retail and wholesale?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A single product can have several sale prices, such as retail and wholesale, and you choose which one to apply at the time of the sale.

Question 7

Does TagPlus warn you when stock is low?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You set the minimum stock of each product, and the system shows warnings in reports and charts when the quantity reaches that limit. You can also block sales of out-of-stock products (the rule does not apply to NF-e and NFC-e invoices).

Question 8

Does it work for sole proprietors (MEI)?

Accepted Answer

Yes. TagPlus serves sole proprietors and small building materials stores, with no long-term contract. You subscribe month to month and can cancel whenever you want.

Question 9

Can I import my products from a spreadsheet or another system?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You import products, customers and suppliers from a spreadsheet. Coming from another system, the TagPlus team converts your data from XLS, TXT or CSV files.
